Scenario

To identify Item Receipt PDF Template, check if there is Basic Layout or Advanced PDF/HTML Template used for printing of Item Receipt.

Solution

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Printing & Fax
2. Locate Advanced PDF/HTML Printing
   • When Use For Item Labels: Check is enabled
     1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDF/HTML Templates
     2. Preferred Item Label: Click Edit
     3. Check Print Template
   • When Use For Item Labels: Check is disabled
     
     1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layouts
     2. Check Preferred Item Label
