Overview
As of NetSuite 2024.1 release, the DKIM setup has changed, and the new method of configuring it in NetSuite is simpler than the previous procedures. NetSuite generates all necessary information, including the selector naming, for customers to add two DNS CNAME records to their domain provider's website. These two CNAME records enable Oracle NetSuite to manage the rotation of DKIM keys, which is a crucial security feature.
To shield customers from unsolicited emails, many ISPs inspect the domain key used in an email message to ascertain its legitimacy. DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) is a technique for digitally signing your email to facilitate its authentication.
When sending emails from NetSuite, utilizing your domain key enhances campaign delivery rates and bolsters your reputation as a bona fide marketer. Without DKIM, you are limited to sending fewer than 10,000 messages in a single email campaign.

Once the setup is complete, your domain keys will authenticate all emails sent from NetSuite.
