You can define separate shipping and return addresses, in addition to the main address defined for your company. If you do not define a separate shipping or return address, it defaults to be the same as the main address. You do not need to define a billing address at the company level. Billing addresses can be defined on transactions as needed.

The real-time shipping rate calculated on the NetSuite UI is different from the rates displayed on the web store.

There are instances that on Website, duplicate Shipping Items are seen on the Checkout while on the NetSuite UI, no identical Shipping Items found.

When trying to create a new Shipping Item in Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items > New, there are no tabs for Shipping and Handling Rate Rules. The only available fields for setup are the following:
